Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Claims for return or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact.

  • Return or exchange requests will only be accepted if:

    • The product received is incorrect, damaged, or expired.

    • The product was mistakenly shipped (e.g., wrong item sent).

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products with opened seals or reduced quantity cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or misused by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable) to support your claim.
  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
